Trolmaster Lantern Schedule Lighting Adapter for lighting with 0-10V protocol (LMA-24)
The Hydro-X system by TrolMaster can control most of the horticultural lights available on the market today. Most light manufacturers provide the option to control their lighting systems using so-called low-voltage control. This low-voltage control can take many forms and communication protocols. TrolMaster produces several types of lighting adapters (LMA units) that allow control of Hydro-x lights using their low-voltage control.
The lighting schedule is a lighting regime that supports plant growth in the vegetative phase. The lighting schedule involves turning the lights on for 12 hours, turning them off for 5.5 hours, turning them back on for 1 hour, and finally turning them off for another 5.5 hours. This 24-hour schedule is then repeated for the plant's vegetative phase. Turning the lights on for an hour between off hours suppresses the formation of florigen, causing the plant to remain in a state of high growth vegetative state.
This LMA-24 lighting adapter is specially designed to utilize both channels of the Hydro-X system and create a schedule control for any lights with 0-10V protocol. It is compatible with HID lights such as Gavita/Nanolux/Luxx/Growers Choice/Illuminar/PL, and LED lights such as Fluence/Next light/Spectrum King.
*LMA-24 is designed for lights controlled using the 0-10V protocol.
