📦 Shipping Policy Overview

We deliver across Germany and Europe with clear, weight-based rates and a free-shipping option.

🎁 Free Shipping (first 30 kg)

  • Orders from 100 € → Free shipping on the first 30 kg.

  • If your order exceeds 30 kg, the first 30 kg are free; additional weight is charged according to our heavy-parcel rates.

🚚 Standard Rates (orders under 100 €)

🇩🇪 Germany / 🇪🇺 Europe

  • 0–30 kg → 9.99 € • 2–5 business days

  • 30–60 kg → 9.99 € + extra weight fee • 2–5 business days

  • 60 kg+ → custom quote

🪴 Special Note for Heavy Items

Some bulky or heavy items — especially bags of soil or substrate — may incur an additional delivery cost due to their weight and volume.
If this applies to your order, we will always inform you in advance. No extra charge will ever be applied without your confirmation.

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Orders over 60 kg → Contact us for a custom delivery quote.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.

  • If your order exceeds weight limits 30 kg or side lengths (130 cm DE, 120 cm EU), additional charges may apply.

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–8 business days

  • Peak seasons or holidays may cause slight delays.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

We work with DHL, DPD, UPS, and other trusted partners.
The carrier is automatically selected based on destination and package characteristics.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking ID. Tracking activates once the package is processed by the carrier.

  • Special handling or remote locations

You will always receive a quote first — no surprise charges.

📦 Packaging & Handling Buffer

Our shipping rates include a small buffer to cover packaging materials and courier cost fluctuations.

📦 Shipping Damage & Missing Deliveries

  • Visible damage: refuse delivery or note it on the courier’s slip, then send photos to contact@groweedu.com.

  • Missing package: contact us if your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window.

🔄 Returns & Undeliverable Packages

Returns follow the same weight and size rules as outgoing shipments.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, extra fees may apply.
For bulky returns, we arrange pickup and confirm any charges in advance.

  • Bundle orders to stay within the 30 kg free-shipping threshold.
