Description
It offers a cost-effective and flexible alternative to silencers. Acoustic ducting is used to reduce noise caused by fans in cultivation rooms.
It is made of a perforated inner core, which is then wrapped in a layer of glass fiber and enclosed in another layer of aluminum foil. Air travels through the inner core and the sound is released through the holes into the glass fibers, which dampen it.
It reduces fan noise by about 60% - 80%.
