Unlike commonly available PH regulators on the market, ph down is not a common acid. It is an accurate composition of elements that regulate and supplies nutrients and suppresses a nutrient solution, all at once. Together with a balanced mixture of acids, we have incorporated the buffers that have the task of stabilizing the pH and helping control the calcium content of hard waters. As growers, we always have a list of wishes, which would make life easier to fill in. Understanding on the list is a buffer pH that would work so well that we could leave for a two -week holiday and after returning the pH in the nutrient solution would still be the same. The problem is that this can only be achieved when nutrition is weak, when there are not many activities in the solution and when your plants grow at an average rate. If the growth is to be fast and a large number of ions are removed and all complex interactions in the solution, such stability is unthinkable. But today we are no longer helpless. Today we can achieve satisfactory stability and other benefits. Solution with good pH control is the one where you set the pH only once, when starting the system. We are not saying that we have achieved exactly this, not in every situation and with every nutrient. But when it comes to pH management, which we tested in our greenhouses using Pho Down in combination with Flora Series and Mineral Magic nutrition, plants were growing for several weeks without the need for Ph.
